1970 FORD MUSTANG FASTBACK ROLLING CHASSIS GREAT BUILDER FOR MAKING A 429/460 GT, BOSS 302, MACH 1, OR SHELBY CLONE from MUSTANGBEGINNINGS.COM BODY: The mustang has a very solid body most all the panels are very straight. This is rust-free shell that was painted to it original Bright Gold Metallic. This is a rust free solid shell. Frame rails, torque boxes, and body panels are all rust free. Trunk floors are solid and in good condition. Overall this Mustang is a great candidate for any modifications and GO FAST package that you may want to add. INTERIOR: All the wiring is in the car and seems to be in good condition. Dash is in good shape but the dash pad will need replacing or recovering. Seats.. Are white front buckets, which of course will need to be reupholstered. Originally this Mustang came with a black interior. A Bright Gold exterior and Black interior is a great combination. Door panels are missing but you would probably want new ones anyway. ENGINE BAY: Engine bay is in great condition, and ready for another motor and trans. No Engine or transmission. This is a blank canvas for the engine of your dreams! BRAKE SYSTEM: The mustang has drum brakes. They are intact and complete, but if you are going to add more horsepower, you will probably want to go with disk brakes on the front at least. GLASS: The fastback has good glass all around and side window glass. The mechanisms for the door glass are complete as well. MISC. This Mustang was built on October 8th, 1969, one day ahead of schedule, and originally did come with power steering. The mustang comes with head light buckets, and some misc. parts, rear view mirror, some other odds and ends,, I have a couple of contacts for all the other NOS stuff you may need I HAVE 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND PLAN TO KEEP IT THAT WAY! THERE ARE NO SURPRISES HERE, I ENCOURAGE ALL THOSE WHO BID TO COME SEE THE CAR FIRST IF POSSIBLE OR SEND SOMEONE HERE TO INSPECT IT. WE HAVE COMPLETED OTHER 70 MUSTANGS AND KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO COMPLETE THIS CAR. THIS IS A GOOD CAR TO START WITH. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A 70 FASTBACK MUSTANG THAT NEEDS TO BE REBUILT INTO SOMETHING SPECIAL. AGAIN, I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO CHECK THE CAR OUT IF POSSIBLE THAT WAY THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDING, MISTAKES, MISCOMMUNICATION, AND ALL THE OTHER MISES.
